2012 Science Fair Winners Shiloh Middle School The annual science fair was held this Saturday, February 18 in the Shiloh Middle School cafeteria. There were many wonderful entries submitted and judged. Six projects were chosen as the best of this years submissions and will have the option to take their projects to Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville and compete among students from other area schools. Those projects were... more info Spring Parent/Teacher Conferences Shiloh Middle School Please mark your calendars. Parent/Teacher conferences will be held at Shiloh Middle School on Wednesday, March 21 from 3:30pm to 6:30pm and again on Thursday, March 22 from 3:30pm to 7:30pm. Spring conferences are on a walk in basis. The teachers will be available to speak with you during these scheduled times. Heroin Awareness Forum District Office Join our community to learn about the risks, what to watch for, the available resources and provide support to prevent heroin use. Please see the attached flier for additional information. ...more info New Immunization Requirements News of Districtwide Interest The Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) has issued new immunization requirements for students. They are now requiring the Tdap vaccination for all students entering the 6th grade. Please see the Shiloh District #85 Nursing webpage, under "What's New" for additional information. February Board of Education Meeting District Office The February Board of Education meeting has been moved from Monday, February 20 to Tuesday, February 21 due to President's Day. The meeting will begin at 7:30 at the elementary school library.
